Jack Swagger arrested for DUI and marijuana

TMZ has updated their story, saying that Jack Swagger was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after being stopped for speeding.

A search of the vehicle revealed Swagger was in possession of marijuana.

Swagger was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and speeding, which are all misdemeanors.

Jack Swagger WWE star was arrested last night in Mississippi, TMZ has learned - after allegedly driving under the influence ... with marijuana in his car.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, Swagger - whose real name is Jacob Hager - leaving a "Smackdown" recording in Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, when he was stopped for speeding.

We are told that Swagger - a former heavyweight champion of WWE World - was picked up by the local sheriff's deputies ... and later released on bail.

He has been charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and speeding - all misdemeanors.
