List of wrestlers who should and should not be in the Royal Rumble

The decision to include Bo Dallas NXT in the Royal Rumbleme, it had to delete a surprise in the same spot.

That spot was destined to Shelton Benjamin, who was in town fighting a indy show and did not agree to participate in the Rumble.

The WWE changed plans and decided to hold the tournament NXT and give the spot to Dallas.

Carlito was also scheduled to appear (even was in the backstage during the show)me, but eventually was replaced by The Godfather.

Goldust's return had been planned one week before the PPV for the angle between him and his brother Cody Rhodesme, by Tweeter who said he did not know that his brother would appear in the Royal Rumble and that he had not even seen all day (apparently Goldust, was commenting as  had to go while they were fighting in the ring).
