Evan Bourne says he will not be ready to return at Royal Rumble

Evan Bourne says he will not be back in time for the Royal Rumble Match 2013. Bourne tweeted on Sunday:

"If you did not know, the Royal Rumble PPV is my favorite!.

But no matter how hard I should train, my foot will not be ready for the ring of RR ".
