Details on the expected turn of Randy Orton heel

As reported in January, Randy Orton is expected to make a heel turn during the course of 2013.

This change has not yet occurred and it appears that Orton has pushed the creative team that has a twist on his character.

Apparently the plan sugue into force and is expected to make a turn Orton heel at Wrestlemania 29 or later.
