John Cena commented on Twitter's new record flaunt CM Punk with 381 days as champion of the WWE surpassing the mark of John Cena in the past 25 years (380 days):

"Injured or in good condition today @ CMPunk is the oldest champion of the WWE in the modern era, it would be hypocritical not to acknowledge & respect it."

"I would like to see CM Punk recovering fast. Going to need all you have to fight in a ring against @ therock. I know from experience."
