During regular guest column in the pages of the magazine Fighting Spirit Magazine, Steve Austin, said of the young wrestlers of today and if WWE is bringing properly. Austin wrote:
"Kids today are very impressionable, When in the ring, have some basic things, but always told exactly what to do before going out there, in my day we did everything in the ring us, we had that be nervous, because we did not remember anything.
All we had to do was listen to a worker as Billy Joe Travis infernal, or Jimmy Jack Funk, trust them to help us and guide us.
"Kids today are on a big stage, and none bigger than the WWE.
It depends on the promotion for which these cats come to light, to set them, and help them overcome.
You can not bring someone back and expect it to work in a Wrestlemania caliber bout, immediately, you give someone a push monstrous bat, but do not give them the knowledge base, it makes no sense to ask why.
These kids are exposed after a few weeks of TV, because they have the experience to do in that situation.
The more knowledge you have, the more likely you are to be successful. "
