Kane Pyrotechnics caused problems in WWE Main Event, plus mistakes in RawActive past RAW

During the recordings of WWE Main Event there was a situation where as lights were burned and subsequently caught fire alarm, and apparently caused by a spark Kane Pyrotechnics caused the fire.

According to PWInsider RAW the past there was a mistake about RAWActive survey on who would face CM Punk in the main event, this proved to be true and never was fixed but never said he was the real winner.
